The server part would be nice to know how it will work , also bugs and reviews on gameplay and maps would be nice, have not ruled out bf1 yet but it needs to prove for me if it is worthy to my demands :o :o
Time will tell i hope it will be good and CHEAP :D

Had a look at the BF4 companion (will be live soon) and you can't see your friends, or where they are playing. Pretty crappy, god help us all.

Looks like we'll have to see who's in TS, or see what the ingame is like.

So, you have to boot up the game before you know.

Also, heard that squads are locked automatically, so you can't join a squad ingame. So, there may be plenty of 1 man locked squads :?:

They'll probably charge for it lol

Anyway, reading this, though anything in the forum ain't official:

https://forums.battlefield.com/en-us/di ... er-pricing

So, from what I can see, for a server for us may be more expensive. Not sure, but did a check:

So, looking at the supposed offer:

BF4 on a 64 player for 30 days at fragnet is:

76 euro, which is £67

BF1 on a 64 player for 30 days:

$75, which is £61

No idea if thats correct, and the fact we still don't know how customisable it is, is the swinging point.

Would love to hear from others that play it, is it good, can you switch squads, what server options do you have etc?

Also, how many are needed to start a match? Last I heard it was 10??

and this:

https://forums.battlefield.com/en-us/di ... er-program

Note: One of the top requested features if the Kick/Ban feature. We hear you and are working on rolling that out after the launch of the RSP.

Thank you for your continued patience and stay tuned for more information regarding the Battlefield 1 Rental Server Program.

So, wait. Does that mean no kick/ban until later after you buy the server???? What a pile of...

What types of features can I expect?
Among many other settings, players renting servers will be able to adjust:

ticket count
bullet damage
modes
weapons
maps

Still not heard if there is a HC mode.

Just the servers. I think the actual game may be okay.

Thing is, Friday may be quiet, as Kaggen, Movits and Jrut have it, and will play it. Not sure who else has it.

If I do get it, I'll play all 3, but if Witty, Chrille, Warrior etc want to play BF4, then I will easily switch
