Also, is it possible that we can buy my mums laptop at the same time? Anything under £300, as I'll ask you anyway, and may as well get it there from Scan
£335 Is the cheapest laptop they do thats for an 15.6" Asus X52F-EX894V, Intel Core i3 330M 2.13GHz, 2GB, 320GB HDD, DVD Super Multi, Win 7 HP (64 bit) which to be honest aint a bad laptop at all for the money.
Wookie, due to the blue screens I've been getting, apart from switching to Firefox (as it only happens on the internet or game which uses the browser), do I have any clocking on my system? I know the RAM was, but we set that back to default on the first blue screen.
If I uninstall the ASUS suite, and install hwmonitor, will my system still work okay?
we didnt overclock it if you remember as there was only a standard fan on the cpu, there is a possiblity that its a driver issue or a windows update thats causing it to blue screen all of a sudden. Windows has a nasty habit of updating basic drivers for soundcards a graphics but not putting the complete package in causing a blue screen.
and if you open asus ai-suite it will have an auto update button to get the latest drivers for your motherboard and soundcard. Give those a try before uninstalling anything
