there is a way of removing the windows activation/ genuine update but it needs to be done through the registry, i cant remember exactly how to do it because it was about 3yrs ago when i made that mistake and ran the specific update that the snaeky bastards at microsoft slipped in there. thats why i always disable it with a fresh install and run the rest of the updates. i really dont know what to suggest as i only have the one copy of win7 and i use it all the time.

windows genuine tool is the motherfucker of all sons of bitches to remove personally i would have embedded the pc in the guys head who enabled it lol, see if you can print it off though it might be easier mate
